特异性免疫疗法治疗春季性结膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :为了探索春季性结膜炎特异性免疫治疗的效果。方法 :粉尘螨浸液皮试阳性的 73例春季性结膜炎患者 ,随机分为试验组 (36例粉尘螨浸液脱敏治疗 )和对照组 (37例非特异性常规药物治疗 )。结果 :粉尘螨特异性免疫治疗组总有效率为 91 6 % ,没有发生不良反应 ;对照组总有效率 6 4 9% (P <0 0 1)。 3例患者发生皮质类固醇性青光眼 ,改用粉尘螨浸液脱敏治疗 ,取得较好的效果。粉尘螨浸液脱敏治疗随治疗时间延长而疗效增高 (r =0 6 30 7,P <0 0 0 0 5 )。结论 :粉尘螨浸液脱敏治疗春季性结膜炎 ,疗效较高 ,安全可靠。提示只要找到明确的致敏原 ,应用特异性免疫治疗 ,既能取得较好的效果 ,又能避免激素治疗发生的严重并发症。Objective:To investigate the effects of special immunotherapy in treatment vernal conjunctivitis. Methods:73 patients of vernal conjunctivitis with positive reaction of dermatophagoides farinae antigen were randomly divided into experimental group(36 patients was desensitizer treated with dermatophagoides farinae) and control group (37 patients with routine no special immunotheraty). Results:The total effective rate in experimental group was 91.6%,while in control group was 64.9% (P<0.01) . The desensitizer treat got satisfactory effects in 3 patients with corticosteroid glaucoma in the control group.The longer time of treated with special immunotheraty,the higher its effects (r=0.630 7 ,P<0.000 5). Conclusion:The effects of desensitizer treat in vernal conjunctivitis was higher and safer than the routine no special immunotheraty ;and may avoid serious complications by corticosteroid glaucoma,etc.
