注入式植入可折叠人工晶体手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用注入式植入可折叠人工晶体手术的临床效果。方法 :对 2 0例 (2 1眼 )老年性白内障患者行超声乳化白内障摘除联合可折叠人工晶体植入手术 ,植入的人工晶体为 Canon- Staar的可折叠人工晶体。用其配套的注入器 (一次性 )植入晶体囊袋内。结果 :手术均顺利完成 ,未发生术中并发症。术后第一天矫正视力≥ 0 .5者达 71.4% ,术后 1个月矫正视力≥ 0 .5者达 10 0 %。结论 :注入式植入人工晶体可起真正小切口的作用 ,能进一步减少对眼球组织的损伤。Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the implantation of foldable intraocular lens (IOL) with injector. Methods: Twenty patients (21 eyes) had received phacoemulsification and then the foldable IOL Were implanted into capsule bags with the matched injector. Results: All operations were successful and no complications occurred. Visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 15 eyes (71.4%) on the first day post-operations and in all cases after one month. Conclusions: The injector is helpful for IOL implantation to obtain a real small incision and makes less injury to eyes.
