External trabeculotomy in treatment of congenital glaucoma

摘　　要：目的 :评价外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗先天性青光眼的疗效。方法 :应用外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗婴幼儿先天性青光眼 6例 (11眼 )。结果 :术后 7天 ,11眼眼压均降至正常。术后随访观察平均 2 0个月 ,10眼眼压控制正常 ,手术成功率为 90 .9%。术中常见并发症为小量前房出血 ,一般在术后 1～ 5日内完全吸收 ,对手术效果无影响。结论 :外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术是治疗婴幼儿先天性青光眼安全而有效的手术方法 ,可推广应用。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of external trabeculotomy in the treatment of congenital glaucoma. Methods: Six cases (11 eyes) of congenital infantile glaucoma were treated with external trabeculotomy associated with trabeculectomy. The average period of follow-up were 20 months. Results: After operations IOP in 11 eyes had turned down to normal after 7 days. The IOP of 10 eyes were controlled in normal along following up period. The success rate of the operation was 90.9%. The common complication with external trabeculotomy associated trabeculectomy was a small amount of hyphema, of which the majority was totally resolved within 1-5 days and was little consequence to the final outcome. Conclusions: External trabeculotomy is safe and effective methods for congenital infantile glaucoma.
