香青兰化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究香青兰全草的化学成分。方法 :RA型大孔树脂和硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化 ,薄层色谱及光谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 :从乙醇提取物中分得 4个化合物 ,鉴定为tilianin ,agastachoside,acacetin和oleanolicacid。结论Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Dracocephalum moldavica .Method:The compounds were isolated using RA polystyrene resin and silica gel column chromatography,and the structures were elucidated by means of spectral method.Result:Four compounds were identified as tilianin,agastachoside,acacetin and oleanolic acid.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
