白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的原因及处理

摘　　要：目的　探讨白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的原因及处理技巧。方法　对 4 3例 (44眼 )超声乳化术中后囊破裂原因分析 :主要与撕囊、碎核、清除皮质等法有关。采用Healon回压保护破口 ,剪刀─棉签施术处理脱出玻璃体 ,并同期植入PC -IOL。结果　 31眼 (70 .5 % )术后视力≥ 0 .5 ,瞳孔复圆 ,未见严重并发症。结论　本方法在无玻璃体切割条件下 ,也是一种处理超声乳化术中后囊破裂并同期植入PC IOL较简便、安全、有效的方法。Objectve To analyse the cause and reseach for managemental skill of the rupture of posterior capsular in the process of cataract extracted by Phacomusification.Methods forty three cases (44 eyes) are company with posterior capsular rupture in the process of cataract extracted by Phacomusification. General cause were relativ to failure of continous circular capsulorhexis to fracture technique in nucleus using the phacomusification to apply I/A function to removal of cortex. we implant still the PC IOL into iridociliary salcus fixated of posterior chamber after the vitreous gone out eyeball is cutted off using traditional method and the Healon was injected into anterior chamber pressing vitreous.Results the corrective visional acuities were 0.5 or over in thirty one(70.5%) the pupil lie in midle and is round.There were no any complication. Conclusions The method of traditional cutted off vitreous gone-out intraocular after posterior capsular rupture using the C.E phacomusification with PC IOL implatation is simple ?safe? effective one without the vitrectomy.
