摘　　要：文章在分析中小企业自主技术创新及其挑战的基础上 ,指出中小企业之所以能够进行自主技术创新 ,关键在于中小企业具有不同于大企业的特质资源。Based on analyzing small and medium-sized enterprises'Voluntary technical innovation and its challenge,the paper points out that the reason why small and medium-sized enterprises make voluntary technical innovation is that they possess special resources,which differ from great enterprises'.
