摘　　要：用碘油阿霉素乳剂化学栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌20例。发现AFP高值16例中8例下降,其中3例下降至正常值,有1例由>1000ng下降至<50ng,持续达一年之久。5例X线平片、B超、CT均提示肝脏肿块缩小,其中1例B超已不能辨认肿块。有7例存活半年以上。其中1例21个月仍存活。文中对两种插管方法的疗效进行了比较;对其适应症、禁忌症和并发症进行了讨论,并提出了初步改进意见。Twenty cases of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by chemoembolization therapy using transhepatic arterial infusion of lipiodol-adriamycin emulsion, After the treatment, the elevated serum AFP level dropped definitely in 8 of 16 cases, among which 3 showed normal; in 1 case from 1000 dropped to 50 ng and remained for one year, In 5 cases the tumor size showed decrease by X-ray plain film, BUS and CT. The mass in the liver could not be found by 13US in 1 case. 7 patients survived more than 6 months and 1 patient received the treatment more than 21 months ago is still alive. The effects of the two kinds of intubation method have been compared and their indications, contraindications and complications have been discussed. Some improvable suggestions are also introduced in this paper.
