摘　　要：本文报告临床上少见的囊性脑膜瘤12例,指出其表现有三种形式:①囊肿在肿瘤周围;②囊肿在肿瘤内;③囊肿在肿瘤一侧。临床上易与囊性胶质瘤相混淆,据此,对其病理、病因以及诊断,治疗经验进行了探讨。12 cases of cystic meningiomas, which were rarely seen clinically, were reported in this paper. According to the pathological characteristic, the disease could be divided into three types ①cyst around the tumor, ②cyst located within the tumor, ③cyst on one side of the tumor. The cystic meningiomas were easiiy confused with cystic gliomas. Therefore, some therapeutic experience and a new diagnostic method were discussed.
