摘　　要：本文建立了人胃癌细胞核染色质的制备方法,并应用ELISA方法对比分析了人胃癌细胞及正常人胃粘膜细胞核染色质的免疫反应。抗人胃癌细胞核染色质抗血清能与人胃癌细胞染色质产生强免疫反应,而与正常人胃粘膜细胞染色质反应甚低。The preporation of nuclear chromatin from human gastric cancer has been established. The com- parative studies between nuclear chromatins isolated from human gastric cancer and from normal hu- man gastric mucosa have been tested with ELISA. The antisera against human gastric cancer chromatin reacted specifically with chromatin isolated from human gastric cancer but a little with those from nor- mal buman gastric mucosa.
