射光弱视治疗仪临床使用疗效初步观察

摘　　要：采用射光弱视治疗仪(浙江医科大学产)治疗60眼弱视,有效率75％。表明:3～5岁前治疗效果好(85.7％);轻度弱视治疗效果最好(95.8％);远视及远视散光治疗效果好(85.2％);中心注视的弱视视力提高明显(85％);治疗宜在3个疗程以上。并对该仪器作用原理进行了讨论。The amblyopiatric scintillascope(produced by Zhejiang Medical University) was used in sixty pa- tients. The effective rate was 75%. Good. effect was obtained in children under 3--5 years old (85. 7%). Best effect was seen in patients with mild amblyopia(95.8%). In patients of hyperopia and hy- peropia astigmatism the effective rate was 85.2%. In 85% patients with central sight amblyopia the improvement in vision was evident. For good therapeutic effect, at least 3 courses of treatment would be preferable. Principles pertaining to the functions of the instrument have been discussed.
