非接触眼压计正常眼压测定的探讨

摘　　要：报告非接触眼压计测定正常眼眼压60例(120只眼)。结果,正常眼压在1.07～2.40kpa之间均值为1.73kpa;性别、年龄、左右眼的中位数统计差异均无显著意义(P>0.05);NCT和schiotz眼压计比较,前者范围1.07～2.40kpa.后者范围1.25～2.73,差异无显著意义(P>0.05),并与国内外有关作者的测量结果作了对比分析和讨论。The normal intraocular pressure of sixty persons(120 eyes) measured with non--contact tonome- ter has been reported. The normal value was from 1.0--2.40 KPa (8 to 18 mmHg),averaging 1.73 KPa (13.02 mmHg). Comparison between the non--contact tonometer and Schiotz tonometer in the determination of intraocular pressure showed no difference. The results obtained from authors both at home and abroad have been analyzed and disussed.
