摘 要:目的 探讨高原环境下多发性硬化 (MS)和帕金森氏病 (PD)血清某些微量元素含量的变化与发病的相关性。方法 以电感藕合等离子体发射光谱法测定 19例MS和 2 2例PD患者血清Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Al等五种微量元素水平。结果 MS患者血清Mn、Al水平显著高于正常对照组 ,而Cu含量则较低。Zn和Fe无明显变化。PD组Al含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,Mn水平亦有上升趋势 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 作者结合文献复习对这一结果进行初步分析和讨论 ,并认为微量元素的改变可能与这二种病的发病机制有一定联系。Objective To investigate the changes of serum concentration of some kinds of trace elements in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease (PD) under the condition of plateau environment and their relationship with the pathogenesis.Methods Five kinds of trace elements included Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn and Al were detected by Inductance Coupling Plasma Auger Emission Spectrometer (ICP-AES) in 19 cases of patients with MS and 22 cases of patients with PD.Results The concentration of serum Mn and Al were significantly higher and the level of Cu was lower in MS group than that of in control group and there were no obvious changes in Zn and Fe concentration.In the group of PD patients,however,the serum Al and Mn were showed higher levels compared with the control one.Conclusion It is considered that the changes of some trace element level may closely related with the pathogenesis of MS and PD. \ \
