骨肉瘤放化疗后X线追随观察

摘　　要：本文分析了14例骨肉瘤放、化疗后的X线动态变化。每隔2—3个月进行X线复查,观察1年以上者10例,最长38个月。全部病例均出现明显的修复过程,其X线表现为:1、骨破坏区修复;2、肿瘤内出现新骨及骨性包壳包绕肿瘤;3、肿瘤软组织块部分或完全被吸收并变成骨块;4、血管造影显示肿瘤新生血管消失。14 cases of osteogenie sarcoma were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and follow-up X-ray examinations were performed every 2—3 months, of which, 10 cases were observed more than one year with the longest 38 months The lesions of all cases underwent treatment showed signs of repair as follows: 1. reappearance of bone in the destroyed area ; 2. new bone formation in the tumor and it's shell enveloping the mass ; 3. complete or partial resolution of the soft tissue mass which ossified gradually; and 4. disappearance of the neoplastic vasculature on angiography.
