摘　　要：脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中最常见的肿瘤 ,也是神经外科的一个治疗难题。常规手术加放疗或化疗等措施虽然有效 ,但结果不能令人满意。以生物降解聚合体做载体的化疗药缓释剂型瘤内应用 ,具有选择性高、神经毒性低的优点 ,为胶质瘤的治疗开辟了新途径。Glioma is the most common tumor in brain neoplasms,and also a difficult problem in neurosurgery. The prognosis for patients with gliomas remains dismal despite significant advances in neurosurgery, neuroradiation therapy and chemotherapy. Local intratumoral chemotherapy with the use of biodegradable polymer implants that allow sustained release of chemotherapeutical drugs provides a new promising approach for selective and low neurotoxic therapy.
