经纤维支气管镜确诊的567例中心性肺癌分析

摘　　要：对经纤维支气管镜确诊的 5 6 7例中心性肺癌分析如下 :病变分布于双肺 ,以左侧偏多 ,占 5 0 .8% ,右侧为47.4% ,气管隆突部位占 1.8% ;镜下可见病变以肿块和浸润性生长者占多数 ,病理类型中鳞癌最多 ,占46 .7% ,小细胞未分化癌次之 ,占 34 .2 % ,腺癌占 17.5 % ;该组肺癌患者以男性居多 ,占 81.7% ,女性占18.3% ,男性患者中鳞癌占多数 ,共 2 5 8例 ,占男性患者的 5 5 .8% ,其次为小细胞未分化癌 ,占 31.1% ;女性患者以小细胞未分化癌和腺癌为主 ,分别占女性患者的 45 .2 %和 32 .7% ,40～ 6 9岁之间为肺癌高发年龄 ,占患者总数的 82 .4% ,鳞癌患者年龄偏高 ,以 5 0～ 6 0岁居多 ,占鳞癌总数的 72 .2 % ,小细胞未分化癌患者年龄偏低 ,39岁以下者共 2 9例 ,占该年龄段肺癌总数的 6 3.0 %。There is a report about the analysis of 567 cases diagnosed central lung cancer by the fiberbrochoscope:The pathological changes appeared in double lung,and 50.8% figure for left-lung is considerably higher than right-lung's 47.4%,and in the trachea carina account for 1.8%.Tumor and soakage growth are primary appearance of pathological changes.The squamous cell carcinoma is more (about 46.7%) than small cell lung cancer (SCLC,about 34.2%) and adenocarcinoma (about 17.5%) in the pathology type.the male patients are more than female patients in this study (respectively,81.7% and 18.3%).There are 258 patients with squamous cell carcinoma in all males' patients (about 55.8%),more than patients with SCLC.However there are more patients with SCLC and adenocarcinoma in female patients (respectively,45.2% and 32.7%).In comparison to the age structure,the phase of 40～69 years old is phase of higher incidence of the lung cancer (about 82.4%).Their age is older who with squamous cell carcinoma,and the rate of patients with 50～69 years old is 72.2% in all patients with squamous cell carcinoma,however the age of the patients with SCLC is younger,and the rate of the patients younger than 39 years old is 63.0% in this age phase.
