摘　　要：目的　探讨经颅眶颧弓入路显微外科切除颅中窝内侧肿瘤的优越性及手术技巧。方法　经颅眶颧弓入路显微外科切除巨大颅中窝内侧型肿瘤 16例。观察术中显露情况及手术效果 ,并就该入路的优越性和手术技巧进行分析。结果　 16例病人中全切除 10例 ,大部切除 6例。术后恢复良好 ,无重要并发症。结论　采用经颅眶颧弓入路切除颅中窝内侧型巨大肿瘤具有显露良好、脑组织牵拉轻、操作方便等优点。Objectives To evaluate the advantages and microsurgical technique in cranio-orbito-zygomatic approach for medially located tumors of the middle skull base.Methods 16 patients with medially located tumors of the middle skull base were operated on using in cranio-orbito-zygomatic approach.The advantages of the approach and microsurgical technique were evaluated.Results Total resection of tumors was achivevd in 10cases,subtotal resection in 6 case.No patient died of operation.All patients recovered expect 2 who had minor oculomotor nerve parasis.Conclusions This approach ensures additional space,and less cerebral retraction for ease access to medially located tumors of the middle skull base.Rates of postoperative mortality and complications were more reduced after usind microsurgical technique.
