双胎妊娠产妇围生期心理健康状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解双胎妊娠产妇的心理健康状况及其影响因素 ,以便对该群体实施有针对性的护理。方法对 4 7例双胎妊娠产妇 (观察组 )采用 SCL- 90症状自评量表和自编问卷调查 ,同期随机选取 5 0例单胎妊娠产妇作对照 ;将调查结果与国内常模进行比较分析。结果观察组与对照组 SCL- 90各因子评分均高于国内常模 ;观察组中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等 5项因子分及阳性项目数显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1) ;影响双胎妊娠产妇心理健康的因素为文化程度、分娩方式、并发症和家庭收入。结论双胎妊娠产妇的心理健康状况较一般人群和单胎妊娠产妇差 ,应对该特殊群体加强心理护理 ,以促进其心理健康 ;家庭收入低、文化程度低。Objective To investigate the mental health state of the parturient with twin pregnancy and influencing factors Methods Forty seven parturient with twin pregnancy(observation group) received the investigation of SCL 90 symptom self evaluation scale and self designed questionnaire At the same time 50 parturient with monocyesis served as control group The results were compared with those of normal model Results The scores of each factor in SCL 90 in the observation group and control group were greater than in the normal model at home In the observation group, the scores of following factors including somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety and phobia were greater and positive item numbers more than those in the control group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01) The factors influencing mental health of the parturient with twin pregnancy included educational level, delivery styles, complication and family income Conclusion The mental healthy state of the parturient with twin pregnancy was worse than that in general population and those with monocyesis Low family income, low educational level, cesarean section and complication were the main influencing factors for mental health of the parturient with twin pregnancy
