摘　　要：目的：为针刺颅骨缝治疗脑血管疾　病提供临床实用表面解剖数据。方法：用等分规、量角规、卷尺、卡尺　等测量器对２９颗成年正常完整干燥颅骨标本的矢状缝（Ｌ１）、冠状缝（Ｌ２）、人字缝（Ｌ３）　、翼颞部骨缝（Ｌ４～Ｌ６）骨性固定标志间距离、夹角（峤恰⑩角）进行观测。　结果：Ｌ１为１０．４６±０．９０ｃｍ，Ｌ２为１２．０３±０．９１ｃｍ　，Ｌ３为６．７３±０．７２ｃｍ，Ｌ４为２．７１±０．４１　ｃｍ，Ｌ５为６．０９±０　．４２　ｃｍ，Ｌ６为９．６６±０．９９　ｃｍ，峤亲１８．９３±４．０２度，右１７．４１±４．０６度；　饨１１１．１０±９．９２度。结论：观测颅骨缝所得数据的同身寸简化法，　准确、实用，可供临床头针治疗参考。Purpose To provide clinically practicable s uperficial anatomy data for acupuncture of skull suture for treatment of cerebro vascular diseases. Methods The distance and angle of osse ous fixing markers, sigittal suture(L1), coronal suture(L2), lambdoid suture (L3)and sutures of alar temple(L4～L6)in 29 adult normal complete dry skul l samples were determined with divider gauge, angle measure gauge, tape rule and callipers. Results L1 was 10.46±0.90 cm， L2 was 12.03±0.91 cm， L3 was 6.73±0.72 cm， L4 was 2.71±0.41 cm， L5 wa s 6.09±0.42 cm， L6 was 9.66±0.99 cm， left angle was 18.934.02 ， right angle was 17.414.06, angle was 111.109.92. Conclusion Proportional unit measure simplifying method of observi ng cranial sutures are accurate and practicable,which can provide a reference fo r clinical scalp acupuncture.
