摘　　要：通过科技创新与产业结构演变的内在机理和互动关系的分析 ,提出我国实现产业结构战略性调整目标的根本途径在于科技创新 ,并采取与之相应的具体措施。This essay undertakes an analysis on the inner mechanism and interaction of technological innovation and the evolution of industrial structure. The author states that the key factor to fulfill the goal of the adjustment of industrial structure lies in technological innovation, and corresponding measures should be taken in the mean time.
