用ABC量表分析儿童孤独症

摘　　要：为客观地分析孤独症患儿的心理行为障碍特征和诊断规范化 ,用ABC量表分析儿童孤独症患儿的心理特征 ,并了解ABC量表效度 ,对临床诊断为孤独症的20例患儿用ABC量表再评估 ,另设注意缺陷多动综合征20例作对照。结果显示 ,20例孤独症患儿中 ,总分≥68分10例 ,<68但≥53分6例 ,<53分4例 ,阳性率80 % ;对照组20例总分均<53分。提示ABC量表可唤起家长对忽视的症状加以重视 ,有助医师分析患儿心理特征 ,为诊断、治疗和预后提供支持依据。With the more and more institute interested in the study on childhood autism in recent 10 years,it's impo rtant to standardize the diagnostic criteria and analyse the psychological characteristics of the children with the autism objectively.20 children with autism diagnosed were studied with 20 children with attention deficit and hyperkinetic syndrome as control group.Authors reported the results of their study on this subject with the autism behavior checklist (ABC).The results showed 10 of the 20 children with autism had total points≥68,6 had total points less than 68 or over 53,4 had total points less than 53.The positive rate was 80%,while in the control group,all the children had total points less than 53,indicating that the autism behavior checklist can awaken their parents to paying much attention to the neglected symptoms and help the doctors to analyse the psychological characteristics of these children.Thus providing sound basis for the diagnosis,treatment and judgement of the prognosis.
