摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌感染后胃窦部内分泌细胞的超微结构变化。方法将经快速尿素酶试验及组织化学染色(甲苯胺蓝法)检查确诊为Hp阳性的慢性胃窦炎患者5人作为试验组,Hp阴性的慢性胃炎患者2人作为对照组,用透射电镜观察胃窦部内分泌细胞变化。结果透射电镜观察结果显示Hp阳性患者内分泌细胞内分泌颗粒电子密度增加,壁细胞分泌状态活跃。结论Hp感染后内分泌细胞变化可解释Hp感染后相应激素变化。Objective To observethe ultrastructuralchangesof the endocrinecellsin the antrumafterthe onsetof Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods Sevenpatientswithchronicgastritiswereincludedin thisstudy,andtoluidine bluestainingandrapidureasetestwereperformedto determinetheHp statusof thegastricantralmucosabiopsies.Five patientsidentifiedas beingpositivefor Hpconstitutedthetestgroup,leavingthe2Hp-negativepatientsservingas control.Theendocrinecellsintheantrumof thepatientsweresampledto observetheultrastructuralchangesby transmissionelectron microscopy(TEM).Results TEMshowedincreasedelectrondensityof thesecretiongranulesintheendocrinecells,and secretionsintheparietalcellswereactive.Conclusion Theultrastructuralchangesof theendocrinecellsintheantrummight explainhighgastrinlevelsaftertheonsetof Hpinfection.
