小学生心身疾患和焦虑问题分析

摘　　要：目的　了解小学生的心身疾病和焦虑问题。方法　采用 Conners父母问卷对在校的 1 3 81名小学生进行调查。结果　 1不同性别儿童心身疾患比较 ,无性别上的差异 ;焦虑问题比较 ,除怕羞项目女生高于男生外 ,其余项目无性别差异 ;2不同年级小学生的心身疾患显示 :头痛项目 5～ 6年级高于 1～ 4年级 ;患有其他疾病项目 3～ 4年级高于 1～ 2年级和 5～ 6年级 ;大便问题 1～ 2年级高于 3～ 6年级 ;焦虑问题显示 :忧虑项目 5～ 6年级高于 1～ 4年级。结论　在小学生中 。Objective To screen and find out problems of physical/mental ailments and anxieties in primary school students.Methods 1381 in-study primary school students were surveyed with the Cornner Parent Questionnaire.Results ①No significant difference showed comparing the physical/mental ailments and anxieties of the two gender children except shyness(the female were higher than the male).②Comparing the physical/mental ailments of different grade students,the data showed:5～6 grades were higher than 1～4 grades regard to the headache;and 3～4 grades were higher than 1～2 and 5～6 grades regard to other ailments.1～2 grades were higher than 3～6 grades as to the defecating problem.Items related to anxieties showed 5～6 grades were higher than 1～4 grades.Conclusion To give emphasis to the prevention of their physical/mental ailments and anxieties due to the pressure of study in primary school students.
