摘　　要：急性视网膜坏死首先是日本U:ayama等于1971年报告6例,均为单眼发病,称其为桐泽型色素膜炎,此后英美文献报告同样病例.但多为双眼发病称为双侧急性视网膜坏死、坏死性血管闭塞性视网膜炎等,我院近几年收治12例,现报告并讨论如下:12 cases of acute retinal necrosis with 9 male and 3 female arereported.Among them 6 cases were bilateraland 6 cases were unilate-ral.The disease is characterized by acute uveitis,obstraetive retinalarteritis and retinal necrosis.The visual prognosis is very poor.Virusis the possible cause of this disease.No therapy is success ful up tothe present.The differentiatediagnosis from Behcet's disease,perip-heral uveitiis and cytomegalovirus retinitis is discussed in thispaper
