摘 要:摘 要:目的 从多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、神经肽Y(NPY)方面揭示脑缺血心肌损伤的机制。方法 观察青年(5~6月龄)和老龄(20月龄以上)大鼠全脑缺血心肌损伤乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激前(CPK)活性及 NPY、DA、NE、E的含量。结果 青年模型组血清中 CPK和 LDH水平明显高于青年对照组和老龄模型组,老龄模型组高于老龄对照组。青年模型组和老龄模型组血中NE分别高于青年和老龄对照组;老龄模型组血中NE、E水平和下丘脑NE水平高于青年模型组,老龄模型组下丘脑中NE和E水平低于老龄对照组。脑组织中NPY老龄对照组低于青年对照组和老龄模型组。结论 大鼠脑缺血再灌注心肌损伤与交感-肾上腺系统兴奋性增强有关,老龄大鼠尤为明显。Abstract: Objective To study the mechanism of myocardial injury after brain ischemia in aged rats from the changes of Dopamine(DA) .Noradrenalin(NE) .Epinephrine(E) and Neuropeptide Y(NPY). Methods Young (5 ~6 months) and aged (20 months or more) rats were divided into young control group(YCG) ,young model group (YMG) ,aged control group(ACG) and aged model group(AMG),the activitiy of lactic dehydrrogenase(LDH) and creatine phosphokinase(CPK) .the content of NE,DA,E,NPY were measured in the rats with 60 minute reperfu-sion after 30 minute brain ischemia. Results The CPK and LDH activitiy in the YMG was higher than that in the YCG and the AMG. The serum LDH and CPK activitiy in the AMG was higher than that in the ACG. The serum CPK activity in the ACG was higher than that in the YCG. The serum NE level and the level of NE and DA in the hypothalamus were higher obviously in the ACG than those in the YCG. The serum NE content in the AMG and the YMG wss higher respectively than the two the ACG and the YCG. The serum NE and E,hypothalamus NE were higher in the AMG than those in the YMG. The hypothalamus NE and E content was lower in the AMG than that in the ACG. The NPY level in the brain tissue was lower in the ACG contrast to that in the YCG and AMG. Conclusion The myocardial injury after brain ischemia reperfusion was concerned with the enhanced excitability of sympathetic-adrenal system,especially in the aged rats.
