摘 要:定义了三自由度虚轴机床的作业空间、可达作业空间和灵活作业空间的概念 ,提出了灵活作业空间是三自由度虚轴机床可达作业空间的一级子空间 ,可达作业空间的其余部分是机床可达作业空间的二级子空间的观点。根据三自由度虚轴机床运动学方程 ,构造出三自由度虚轴机床作业空间的实体模型 ,分析了机床的可达作业空间和灵活作业空间。研究了相关参数包括最大杆长、最小杆长、上下平台外接圆半径差和上下平台外接圆柱高对三自由度虚轴机床作业空间的影响关系 ,绘制了各种影响的关系曲线 。The concepts of working space, reaching working space and nimble working space for virtual axle machine tool with three degrees of freedom are defined. That nimble working space is first level sub-space of reaching working space and the rest of reaching working space is the second level sub-space of machine tool's reaching working space are asserted. According to kinetics equation of virtual axle machine tool of three degrees of freedom, a solid model of working space of machine tool is constructed. Machine tool's reaching working space and nimble working space are analyzed. The effect relation of correlation parameters which include maximum of rod, minimum of rod and radius difference of circumscribed circle of the upper platform and the under platform are researched for working space of virtual axle machine tool of three degrees of freedom, every kind of relationship curves are drawn. This is an important reference for designing rationally nimble working space of virtual axle machine tool with three degrees of freedom.
