白内障术前超声检查的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨术前超声检查对儿童白内障、外伤性白内障、老年性白内障的诊断、术后视力、预后评估的临床意义。方法　对 5 8例 6 8眼白内障行超声检查 ,并分别与术中所见、术后检查对照。结果　三种白内障声像图有其各自的特征 ,6 8只眼超声检查诊断符合率为 95 5 9%。结论　超声检查眼睛 ,操作简便 ,晶状体图像显示清晰 ,可作出直观性图像诊断 。Objective To evaluate clinical significance of B-mode ultrasonic scanning as a preoperative eye examination on the diagnosis,postoperative vision and prognosis for pediatric,traumatic and senile cataract patients.Methods 68 eyes of 58 cataract operative cases underwent B-mode ultrasonic scaning preoperatively,and were compared with the intra operative findings along with postoperative examination.Results There are three characteristic echograms respectively for each kind of cataract patients with 95.59% diagnostic coincidence rate among 68 eyes.Conclusions B mode ultrasonic scanning of eye examination plays an important role in the operative selection and prognostic evaluation because of its convenient procedure with high quality picture of crystalline lens and direct figure diagnosis.
