摘　　要：本文概述了利用ＡＳＰ与ＳＱＬ Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ相结合、采用ＷＥＢ数据库构架、令用户通过各自微机的ＷＥＢ浏览器即可便捷使用的科研成果管理信息系统的开发设计,并对本系统的构架,功能模块实现及所具有的模糊查询、Ｗｏｒｄ报表生成等特殊功能给予了相应介绍。In this paper the design of Management and Information System of Research Achievements is outlined. It combines ASP with SQL Server and adapts the frame of Web data base. The users can easily find the information by widely used WEB browser. In this paper the scheme of the system, the realization of the function module, some special functions such as fuzzy searching and the generation of word tables and reports are also described.
