全身骨显像诊断癌的骨转移灶分析

摘　　要：对77例全身骨显像诊断癌的骨转移灶分析。采用自行设计的病灶相对灵敏度说明全身骨显像较X线摄影检测癌的骨转移灶灵敏4.87倍,而病例相对灵敏度则表明前者较后者灵敏1.83倍。并对其设计及计算方法等作了探讨。A study of whole-body bone imaging of senenty seven patients with maligenant turner has been reported. The skeletal metastatic lesions were analysed. Using the self-designed relative sensitivity of lesions, it wqs found than the whole-body bone imaging for detecting skeletal metastatic lesions was 4:87 times more sensitive than that of X-ray imaging with relative sensitivity of the skeletal metastatic cases 1.83 times superior. The design and method of calculation were explored.
