摘　　要：1953年日本佐滕勉首先报导角膜放射状切开治疗近视,1979年苏联作了详细临床报导。我院1983年2月起应用于临床,至1990年7月共作260例,现报导如下。材料和方法一、病例:260例中,男204例,女56例。单眼手术43例(右21眼。左22眼)共计477眼。年龄16～36岁,平均27.71±5.9岁。The authous performed the radial keratotomy of 260 cases(477 eyes)from 1983.2 to 1990.7 The average value of myopic diopter is foundto be reduced by 5.5D.The average value of far sight is found to beincreased by 0.61.The average value of radius of corneal curvatureis found to be increased by 1.26mm.No one has suffored seriouscomplication.The authous have introduced some about instruments.examinations.indications and method of surgery.The authous believethat radial keratotomy is really effective and safe to lower and middlemyopy.
