硬化剂治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效和追踪观察

摘　　要：本文报告５８例肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血（ＥＶＢ）注射硬化剂治疗及治疗后６年疗效的追踪观察。治疗成功率为９６．６％，两年存活率为７８％；６个月至１年再出血率为２０％（８／４０），中、重静脉曲张再现率为３５．０％（１４／４０）；两年内再出血率为９．７％（３／３１），中、重度静脉曲张再现率为５８％（１８／３１）。定期复查并予以预防性治疗可降低再出血率及曲张静脉再现率。cases of varcosclerosation of cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric fundus varices bleeding and following a trail for six years were reported by this article.The successful rate was 96.6%.The survival rate for two years was 78% .The rate of repeated bleeding was 20%,seperately from six months to one year and after two years.The reappearance rate of middle and serious grade varices was 35%,9.7% ,58% in turn.So prevention therapy could reduced the rate of repeated bleeding and reappearance of varices following periodic inspection.
