生长抑素控制难治性消化道出血

摘　　要：６例肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血三腔管气囊填塞止血无效者，静脉推注０．２５ｍｇ生长抑素，继而以０．２５ｍｇ／ｈ的剂量静脉持续滴注，平均６ｈ（１～１５ｈ）控制出血。应用同样剂量治疗６例各种病因引起的难治性消化道出血，５例患者平均８，３ｈ（３～１２ｈ）出血停止，１例出血明显减少但死于严重感染。作者认为生长抑素对多种难治性消化道出血有良好的止血作用。cases with acute variceal bleeding couldn' t be controled by balloon temponade were treated bolusly by somatostatin 0.25mg and maintained persistently at a doxage of 0.25mg/,the haemorrhage of all cases were coritrolled in 6 hours(1-15h).And other 6 cases with obstinate gastrointestinal bleeding in different diseases,the bleeding of 5 cases was controled rapidily using same remedy in 8.3h(312h),only one case died due to the severe infection although his bleeding was reduced significantly after administration of somatostatin. These results showed that somatostatin had an efficacy in controling gastrointestinal bleeding rapidly with various causes.
