摘　　要：为探讨口腔粘膜病患者血浆CAMP和CGMP含量的变化情况,对16名口腔粘膜病患者和13名健康者的血浆进行了测量。结果:患者组血浆CAMP变化不大,但CGMP显著升高,CAMP/CGMP比值随之下降,t检验,差异非常显著(p<0.01)The contents of plasma cAMP and cGMP in sixteen patients and thirteen healthy people were de- termined. The amount of cAMP in both groups showed no significant difference, but the amount of cGMP in the Patients group was greatly higher Than that of the normal and cAMP/cGMP ratio fell consequently. The effect of cyclicnucleoside phosphate in the (?)ent of oral mucocal diseases has been discussed.
