摘 要:用抗S100蛋白和溶菌酶抗体,对37例中晚期食管癌和5例正常食管粘膜组织中的树突状细胞(DC)和巨噬细胞(MΦ)进行免疫组织化学观察和分析。肿瘤实质中的DC数量,癌组织侵犯管壁全层和管周组织组较侵犯肌层组明显增多(P<0.05);上中段组较下段组明显增多(p<0.05)。肿瘤间质中的DC多聚集在淋巴细胞较密集的区域。肿瘤实质中的MΦ数量,分化较好组比分化较差组明显增多(P<0.02),而癌组织侵犯管壁肌层组较侵犯管壁全层和管周组织组明显增多(P<0.03)。结果揭示DC和MΦ数量变化受肿瘤组织生物学行为的影响,但两者在局部抗肿瘤免疫反应中功能不同。Dendritic cells (DC) and macrophages (Mφ) in thirty seven esophageal carcinomas and five samples of normal esophageal mucosa were investigated immunohistochemically, using anti—S100 prtein and anti--lysozyme antibodies. It was found that the number of DC and Mφ increased evidently (P< 0.05) than that in normal tissue. The number of DC was larger in tumor parenchyme where tumor cells infiltrated the whole thickness of esophageal wall and surrounding tissue than that with tumor cell infiltration limited to the muscle layer (P<0.05). It was also larger in the upper and middle segments than that in the lower segment (P<0.05).DC in tumor stroma were more numerous in regions with dense lymphocytic infiltration. More Mφ were seen in well differentiated carcinomas than those in poorly differentiated carcinomas (P<0.02). And so were more Mφ in cases where tumor cell infiltration was limited to muscle layer than in cases with tumor cell infiltration in the whole esophageal wall or surrounding tissues (P<0.03). The results suggested that changes in the number of DC and Mφ in esophageal carcinomas were influenced by biological characteristics of the tumor. These two kinds of cells have different functions in the host's antitumor immune reactions.
