摘　　要：报道一种对胃癌和其它胃病进行自动鉴别诊断的计算机程序。该程序使用30例胃癌和30例其它胃病患者作为样本进行调试。调试后样本数据回代的诊断正确率达98.3％,然后应用于临床测试40例,诊断正确率达95％。An automatic differential diagnosis between gastric carcinoma and other gastric diseases by computer is reported. The data of thirty cases with gastric carcinoma and thirty with other gastric diseases were input for computer program. Diagnoses were made after computerisation. The accurate rate of Diagnosis reached 98.3%. Clinical application on 40 cases, the accurate rate proved to be 95%.
