摘　　要：报告七例胃上皮样平滑肌瘤。男女之比为6∶1。年龄14～60岁,平均45.9岁。临床表现为上腹部疼痛、上消化道出血、食欲减退、腹部肿块、体重减轻及贫血。术前分别误诊为胰腺囊肿、溃疡病、胃癌及胃扭转。病理学检查:肿瘤表面有多个灰白色结节、出血、坏死、囊性变及积液或积血,同时合并胃溃疡。本组瘤体均较大,最大者为33cm×28cm×11cm,重量达4230g。本病为低度恶性肿瘤。术式以胃大部或次全胃连同肿瘤切除为宜。复发者可再次手术。Seven Patients with gastric epithelioid leiomyoma were studied.They were 6 males and 1 female, aged from 14 to 60 with an average of 45.9.The clinical manifestations were epigastric pain,bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract,anorexia,abdomical mass,decrease of body weight and anemia.It was misdiagnosed for pancreatic cyst,peptic ulcer,gastric carcinoma and volvulus of stomach.Patho- logical examination revealed numerous grey-white nodules on the surface of the rumor,bleeding, necrosis and cystic change with accumulation of fluid or blood,often associated with gastric ulcer.The size of tumors in this study was comparatively big.The largest one was 33cm×28cm×11cm and 4 230 g in weight.Gastric epithelioid leiomyoma is a low grade malignant tumor.The method of choice in operation is subtotal gastrectomy together with the tumor.Operation can be performed again if the tumor relapses.
