摘　　要：血流图Rheography或称电阻图Impe-dancegraphy 它是由电阻抗容积描记法Electrical Impedance Plesthymography的技术发展而来的。在人体被检部位通过一种对人体无害的微弱高频电流,测定心搏过程中该部位电阻抗的大小及变化,作为反映该部位血流量变化的指标。108(213 eyes)patients with primary glaucoma were observed by rhe-ooculography(ROG) before and after inhalating amyl nitrite(AN) and35 normal subjects were taken as control.The results showed that theamplitude of ROG increased significantly (P<0.01) in normal group,while it did not or decreased in all glaucoma groups after inhalatingAN.If no change and decrease of ROG amplitude were considered aspositive reaction to AN inhalation,there was only 12.9% of the po-sitive reaction under age 50,compared with 40.6% over age 50 (P<0.02) in normal eyes.percentages of the positive reaction in glaucomagroups under age 50 were significantly higher than same group of no-rmal while there was not markedly higher incidence in glaucoma gro-ups over 50 (except for attacked angle-closure glaucoma group) thanthe same age group of normal.The possible mechanism of abnormalchanges of ROG in glaucoma and the clinical significance of AN in-halation test were discussed.
