107例恶性肿瘤的全身骨显像结果分析

摘　　要：报告107例恶性肿瘤的全身骨显像结果并加以讨论。其中广泛骨转移者74例,占69.16%。在肺癌组、乳腺癌组及鼻咽癌组,骨显像阳性率分别是22/28、20/33、16/24,三组阳性者中,骨转移区域由多到少分别为:乳腺癌—胸部—胸椎、骨盆—腰椎;鼻咽癌—胸椎—腰椎—胸部、骨盆;肺癌—腰椎、胸部—胸椎—下肢骨、骨盆。说明全身骨显像对恶性肿瘤早期骨转移的诊断和预后判断具有较大的临床价值。A systemic bone imaging of one hundred and seven patients with malignant rumor was reported and analysed.The results showed 74 patients with diffuse bone metastasis,occupying 69.16%.Posti- tive bone imaging of the patients with pulmonary carcinoma,carcinoma of breast and carcinoma of na- sopharynx were 22/28,20/33 and 16/24 respectively.The area of bone metastasis of the 3 kinds of tumor from much to less were:carcinoma of breast——thorax——thoracic vertebrae,bony pelvis ——lumbar vertebrae;carcinoma of nasopharynx——thoracic vertebrae——lumbar vertebrea—— thorax,bony pelcis;pulmonary carcinoma——lumbar vertebrae,thorax——thorcacic vertebrae ——bones of lower extremity,bony pelcis.It is suggested that bone imaging is valuable in the diagno- sis and prognosis of early bone metatasis of malignant tumor.
