复方丹参肝动脉灌注治疗硬化型肝癌的初步观察(附33例报告)

摘　　要：报告采用复方丹参注射液经肝动脉灌注治疗原发性硬化型肝癌。结果:本组33例晚期原发性硬化型肝癌,治疗后大部分症状与体征分别消失或减轻,总有效率达80％以上;化验检查HF改善达82.6％;AFP、AKP、r—GT及SB下降有效率达60％以上;HBsAg转阴率为44.42％;癌块缩退部分缓解占66％(22/33)、稳定者占9％(3/33)。并对复方丹参的作用机制进行了讨论。Primary sclerotic hepatic carcinoma was treated by infusion of injeetio salvia miltiorrhizae composita into the hepatic artery. Symptoms and signs of most of the 33 cases of late-stage primary hepatic carcinoma disappeared or remitted, The total effective rate was over 80%. Laboratory examination revealed: HF improved in 82.6% cases, AFP, AKP,γ-GT and SB lowered in over 60% cases; HBsAg were converted into negative in 44.42%; size of the tumor reduced in 66% (22/33) and kept stable in 9% (3/33). The functional mechanism of salvia miltiorrhizae composita was discussed.
