摘　　要：本文对1987年至1989年期间来我院诊治可查证的视网膜血管阻塞78例患者进行了回顾研究。视网膜静脉阻塞较视网膜动脉阻塞多六倍。视网膜中央动脉、静脉阻塞患者各发现一例。视网膜血管阻塞年龄分布以青年与老年较多,性别无差异。40岁以下的青年人与血管炎有关;40岁以上的老年人与高血压、糖尿病等全身病有极密切关系。并对其发病机理及治疗原则进行了探讨。A retrospective study on the obstruction of retinal vessels of seventy eight patients diagnosed and treated in our department from 1987 to 1989 was carried our.The incidence of obstruction of retinal vein was six times as high as that of the retinal artery.The obstruction of retinal vessels was often found in the young and the aged people,without sexual difference.The disease in young parients under 40 was related to vasculitis and in those over 40 closely related to systemic diseaeses such as hyperten- sion diabetes.The pathogenesis and treatment of the disease have been discussed.
