摘　　要：本文通过分析指出网络经济下传统企业管理模式存在的问题 ,探讨了基于电子商务的企业管理模式的核心内涵 ,为传统企业构建电子商务体系奠定理论基础 ,并且为企业实现有效管理提供了相应的管理依据。On the base of analyzing the problem of management pattern of traditional enterprise under network economy, the nuclear connotation of the management pattern of enterprise (MPE) based on EC has been issued. It'll lay the theoretical groundwork for traditional enterprise of constructing EC system and provide corresponding management basis for realizing effective management.
