摘　　要：人胚胎干细胞来自具有发育成一个个体潜力的人胚胎 ,其研究引发了一场伦理大辩论。就胚胎干细胞的概念、人胚胎干细胞研究将带给人类的巨大效益和研究所面临需要解决的技术难题 ,进行了重点阐述 。Human embryonic stem cells are the master cells found in the early stage embryos, which evolve into every kind of cells and tissues in the body. A great debate on ethic is causing by research on the human embryonic stem cells. It is expatiated on the concept of human embryonic stem cells (ES), the miracles of ES research available to the public, the present technical difficulty problem of ES research. If the techniques could be developed to produce human tissue without using the embryos, which would also grounds for research, and quench the ethical debates.
