摘　　要：全球经济一体化是世界信息经济时代发展的必然趋势,加入WTO给我国的医疗卫生行业带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,政府主管部门将逐步解除对医疗卫生系统的保护,参照国际惯例对医疗机构进行宏观管理。本文希望通过介绍国外医疗质量管理的一些基本模式,为我国医疗卫生体制和运行机制改革提供借鉴。Economic globalization is a necessary trend,and China's entrance into WTO will bring opportunities and challenges to our medical and pubic health field. The Chinese Government shall have to remove protection step by step. In this situation, the Chinese medical organizations must have their feet firmly planted in our own country, master the advanced administration technology. This article introduces the foreign medical management information, and plays a part in our national total quality management of medical organizations.
