摘　　要：本文报导３１９２例７～２５岁四川青少年和儿童口部１２项指标活体测量的均数，其中上唇皮肤高等３项属国内首次报道；全下唇高等７项指标在１４岁以前两性之间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），１４岁以后性差显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；口裂宽等８项指标两性的生长曲线均有１－２个增长高峰，两性的曲线有１－３次交叉，１２项测量数值均在１７－２３岁以后趋为稳定，提示临床医生在手术时应充分考虑性别因素和年龄因素。This paper reports the mean values of 12 anthropometric indices concerning the stomatic region of 3192 children and youths(7-25 years old)in Sichuan. Three of those indices, including the cutaneous height of upper lip, were not reported before in China. There is no sexual difference before 14 years old in 7 indices including total height of lower lip (P> 0.05), while there is significant difference after that age. The developmental curves of both sexes of 8 indices including the mouth breadth show 1-2 peaks and 1-3 sexual intersectoin.Twelve items of measurement values tend to be stabile after 17-23 years old, without further rise.So the sex and age of the patient should be taken into consideration when we take an operation.
