喉癌和食道癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒核酸和抗原的检测

摘　　要：本文采用 Southern 印迹杂交和免疫组化 PAP 法,对喉癌和食道癌组织中 HPV DNA 序列和抗原进行了检测。结果表明,1例喉癌含有 HPV16DNA 序列,另一例含有 HPV35 DNA 序列。7例食道癌杂交全部阴性。此外,全部喉癌和食道癌标本 PAP 检测也均为阴性。结果提示,喉癌的发生可能与 HPV 感染有关。This paper presents the detection of HPV DNA related sequences and HPV capsid antigens in the biopsies from laryngeal and oesophageal carcinomas by using the southern blot technique and immunohistochemical method(PAP).One of the two specimens of laryngeal carcinoma was proved to harbor HFV16 DNA,and the other to contain HPV35 DNA.In contrast,seven oesopha- geal carcinoma tissues were negative to HPV16 DNA related sequences.In addition,PAP stain was negative in all the specimens from laryngeal and oesophageal carcinomas.It indicates the probable association of HPV infection with laryngeal carcinoma.
