摘  要:利用 45只经墨汁与乳胶混合液灌注的大鼠脑标本 ,观测大脑中动脉的起始、行程及表面投影。大鼠的大脑中动脉可分三段 ,中段较长 ,分支较少 ,表面为蝶骨大翼覆盖。著者认为制作局灶性脑缺血模型血管的最佳阻断部位是大脑中动脉中段 ,经蝶骨大翼行颅骨开窗可达此部位。The beginning,journey and surface projection of the middle cerebral artery were observed on 45 rat brain specimens perfused with a mixture of latex and ink. The middle cerebral artery was divided into three segments,the middle segment was relatively longer, with less branches and the surface was covered by the greater wing of sphenloid bone. The author suggests that the middle segmert of middle cerebral artery is the best site of vascular obstruction and the greater wing sphenoid bone is the best site of skull opening for experimental model of focal cerebral ischemia.
