甘蓝型油菜两用不育系501-8S育性转换影响因素的研究

摘　　要：盆栽实验表明 :光照时数和温度对甘蓝型油菜两用不育系 5 0 1 8S的育性转换起主导作用 ,可初步认定光照时数为 13h ,温度为 11℃是该两用不育系育性转换光温作用的临界点 ,同时 ,环境湿度对其育性转换也存在着一定的影响。The experimental results from a pot culture showed that illumination time and temperature were the main factors affecting the fertility transformation of GMS rapeseed line 501 8s. It was firmly believed that the light period of 13h and 11℃ were the critical point of fertility transformation. They may be a few causes of fertility transformation.
