马铃薯脱毒原原种栽培基质筛选和栽培技术的研究

摘　　要：通过脱毒苗栽培基质、扦插密度和激素对扦插苗成活率的影响 ,筛选出最佳的栽培基质为蛭石和草炭(1∶1) ,最适宜的种植密度为 4cm× 5cm ,最佳激素处理浓度为NAA4 0mg/kg +IBA5 0mg/kg +IAA5 0mg/kg。在此条件下 ,植株成活率。The effect of the substrate, planting density and hormone (NAA, IBA and IAA) on the survival percentage of transplanted virus free potato was studied in this paper. The results showed that the best culture is vercumilite and swamp soil (1∶1). The most suitable density is 4 cm×5 cm, the best combination of hormone is NAA40 mg/kg+IBA50 mg/kg+IAA50 mg/kg. In these conditions, the survival percentage is highest, the plant is also most vigorous.
