摘  要:本试验使用 5种防霉剂 ,即“霉敌”、“丙酸钙”、“防霉灵”、“霉镇”和“山苍子油” ,分设 8个处理 ;处理 1、2、3的饲料内分别加 3~ 4种防霉剂 ,其它处理只加 1种防霉剂 ,另设一对照 (不加防霉剂 )。试验结果表明 ,在饲料含水量为 11% ,经 16 8天储藏 ,各处理霉菌数上升均较慢 ,饲料外观无明显霉变现象。将饲料水分提高到 14 %时 ,高湿度储藏一个月 ,以处理 1、2、3的防霉剂防霉效果最好 ,表现为霉菌数上升慢 ,除处理 1有轻度霉变外 ,处理 2、3未见明显霉变。而加一种防霉剂的处理 6霉菌数次于处理 1、2、3,储藏一个月只轻微霉变。而其他处理霉菌数上升快 。Mixture of five mold inhibitors (mold-chek plus,calcium propionate,Fangmeilin,Meizhen,Litsea cubeba oil) or only one of them were used to prevent mold in feed.There were eight treatments in the test.Three or four mold inhibitors were added into the treatments 1,2 and 3,only one mold inhibitor was added into the other treatments,another treatment was a control (none mold inhibitor).The results showed that mold quantity of the pellet feed with moisture content 11% increased slowly in all treatments after stored for 168 days.There was no evident mold appearance in pellet feed.At 14%moisture content,the best anti-mold results were observed in the treatments 1,2 and 3 after stored for 30 days.The mold quantity in feed increased slowly.There were no evident mold feature in treatments 2 and 3.Only a slight mold in treatment 1.The result of treatment 6 in which only one mold inhibitor was added was next to treatments 1,2 and 3,only a slight mold after storage of 30 days.The mold quantity in other treatments increased rapidly,and there was a serious moldy appearance.
