桃自然休眠过程中外源激素对花芽碳水化合物的调控效应

摘　　要：以曙光油桃为试材,分析了整个休眠期芽碳水化合物含量变化动态及不同休眠阶段外源生长调节剂的影响效应。结果表明:自然休眠前期淀粉缓慢积累,至11月下旬达最高值112.50mg/gDW,之后有大约35d的缓慢下降期,12月下旬迅速降低;可溶性糖则一直处于升高过程,与淀粉含量的变化相对应,12月下旬急剧上升至最高点110.34mg/gDW;碳水化合物含量的跃变期与自然休眠的进程相吻合。外源生长调节剂对碳水化合物的影响因使用时期而异:10月10日使用,GA3、6-BA使芽中淀粉含量降低,却提高了可溶性糖的含量,ABA的作用效应刚好相反;11月10日外源喷布3种生长调节剂均对碳水化合物含量无显著影响;12月10日使用,GA3、6-BA引起芽中淀粉含量迅速降低、可溶性糖的含量迅速升高,但ABA的影响效应不显著。Experiment was conducted with Shuguang nectarine variety,the changes of carbohydrates during the whole dor-mant period and the effect of exogenous plant growth regulators were analyzed and studied.Results showed that the starch in bud accumulated slowly in earlier stage and reached the top content of112.50mg /g DW in the last ten days of November;then the starch content reduced slowly for about 35days and dropped sharply in the last ten-day of December.The soluble sugar always rose and was consistent with the change of starch content.In the last ten-day of December,it rose sharply and reached the top of110.34mg /g DW.The jump-change stage of carbohydrate content was consistent with the process of en-dodorman cy.Spray ing growth regulators in earlier dormant period with GA 3 and6-BA made the starch content drop but raised the con tent of solu ble sugar,the effect of ABA was just reverse.Spraying in middle stage,three kinds of growth regula-tors all had no obvious effects.In later stage,GA 3 and6-BA reduced the starch content quickly and increased the content of soluble sugar sharply,but ABA had no effects.
