摘　　要：目的评价数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查不明原因消化道出血的价值。方法对不明原因的消化道出血患者24例行腹腔干、肠系膜上下动脉、骶正中动脉等DSA检查。结果24例中13例DSA发现病变,且良性者占大多数,部位以小肠居多。结论DSA检查不明原因消化道出血部位准确,但不易确定病变性质。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of DSA in digestive canal bleeding without clear cause.Methods Digital subtract an giogra-phy was made for coeliac artery;su perior and in-ferior mesenteric artery in24patients with diges-tive canal bleeding without clear cause.Re sult Bleeding was found in13cases from24patients;the majority of these bleeding diseases were benign and in small intestine.Conclusion The bleeding spot can be found accurately by DSA in those cause with digestive cannal bleeding with out clear cause,but it is diffcult to comfirm the charcator of bleeding diseases.
